  • Is the battery charged? Putting the battery in the charger should show you the battery status.
  • The package comes with two batteries. Does changing to another battery make it work?
  • Is the main power button on the bottom pressed down?
  • Is the laser working?
  • Is the light working?

 

Also few general troubleshooting steps for this product:

 

1) The button on the bottom. Press down to activate the battery source. Press again to deactivate the battery source. (The button is very small and could be hard to press sometime. Instead of using fingertip or nails, try put your thumb or index finger on the button and firmly press the whole surface down until you hear a light click.)


2) The battery installation. The battery is protected by a blue plastic wrapper. Sometimes during charging, the wrapper will shift towards the back so that the edge of the wrapper becomes a bit protruded out of the battery. This will prevent the negative end of the battery from making contact with the unit once it is in the chamber. If you can take a look and push it back, usually it can solve the contact problem. Make sure the battery cap is fully tightened.
