Please check the steps below to see if they resolve the problem.
1. Turn on the light. It should be in the maximum output.
2. Connect the USB cable between the light and a USB port such as one in a PC. The light shuts off automatically by itself.
3. The charging indicator starts to blink slowly.
4. Wait 6-8 hours or overnight for the light to be fully charged.
