Your order consists of 2x Olight 163C05-10C batteries. As the product description states,
** This is a customized battery. It works and only works in Olight S1R II (1000 lumens), Baton 3, or Perum Mini flashlight.
** This battery does NOT work for the Olight S1R I (900 lumens). If your has an S1R light that does not show S1R "II" on the body tube, it won't work.
** This battery does NOT work in any other flashlight or device.

Can you let us know which flashlight you use and how you charge these batteries? You can send us an image of the flashlight displaying its model to help us identify the issue. If your flashlight model is on the compatible list and the batteries are defective, we can certainly replace them for you.
