Your order consists of 2x Olight 163C06 batteries. As the product description states,

** Custom designed to work in Olight S10R III flashlight and H1R headlamp only.

** Does not work in S1R flashlight. Does not work in any other flashlights not listed above.

** Only charges through Olight H1R and S10 III flashlights using Olight charging dock/pad. Does NOT charge in any external charger.


Do you mean that these batteries are defective and not work in your Olight S10R III flashlight or H1R headlamp? Let us know and we will be happy to send you a return label to replace or return them. 

If your flashlight is not an Olight S10RR III or H1R headlamp thus is not compatible with these batteries, you can return them to the address below:
