  • Compatible with HC60 headband although the new included one has a superior design. (We will switch to HC60 V2 headband once we sell out the current stock)

Possible troubleshooting issues

Without further testing, here are the common issues that might be reported by the buyers. (To be continued)

1. The light does not charge (the blue indicator blinks rapidly)

- The insulating disc needs to be removed prior to charging/using the light

- The battery cap needs to be fully tightened

2. The blue indicator keeps blinking slowly after hours

- The power adapter might not be sufficient. Recommend to try another adapter

3. How can one tell if it is a V2 or V1? (Return fraud)

- The V2 is imprinted on the body of the headlamp. And, of course, the charging port is different.

4. Is there a Neutral white version of the HC60 V2?

- No. The temperature of the V2 LED is between cool white and neutral white so the V2 is unlikely to have a neutral white variation.

Operation difference between the HC60 V2 and the HC60

Some customers might complain that the HC60 V2 no longer memorizes settings, i.e. the light always turns on to the lowest setting when the button is clicked.

To power on/off The original HC60

  • A single tap activates the previous brightness
  • A long press activates the TURBO brightness

To power on/off the new HC60 V2

  • A "short" single tap activates the lowest brightness
  • A slightly "long" tap activates the previous brightness
  • A longer press activates the TURBO brightness

Therefore, one needs to press a light harder to activate the memorized settings for the HC60 V2 model
