Warranty period: 18 months

Q: The first indicator does not light up during charging.

It is not a “blue” charging indicator but a “white” low current mode indicator.

Q:  The 18W port does not work or does not work consistently. The power bank blinks and charges when connecting a cable to its IN/OUT 1 port. The power bank does not blink when connecting a cable to its INPUT port.

The buyer is likely using a USB-C to USB-C cable and a PD adapter

Two-way PD (USB-C to USB-C charging) is only enabled in the 45w/30w IN/OUT 1 port but not the 18w INPUT port.

If you want to use the 30W+ fast charging, the cable has to be connected to the IN/OUT 1 port. The 18W INPUT port will not work.

Q: Passthrough Charging does not always work.

Passthrough charging is only enabled when NB20000 is being charged via the USB-C (INPUT) port and charging other devices via the USB-A (OUT2/OUT3) ports.

Q: NB20000 stops charging my device before the charging is completed.

Certain small-capacity devices, e.g., smart watches and wireless earphones, require a smaller current than the power bank output threshold.

Double click the mode Button to enable the low current charging mode. The white indicator will turn on. (check the manual for more details.)

Most of the issues below can be verified through a short video

  • The charging indicator keeps blinking after the cable is disconnected
  • All charging indicators turn on and off during charging
  • Show full charge but does not charge other devices via the USB-A ports
  • Charging indicators only turn on when the NB20000 is connected to the adapter
  • Does not charge past 1/2/3 bars.

Likely Defective

Question: My NB10000 or NB20000 only has 6000-7000mAH (or 13000-14000mAH) capacity from my measurement. Why?

As the article states, the discrepancy you described comes from the terms used to describe the power bank
