Troubleshooting Guides

Why do the green/red indicators turn on and off randomly?

The output of the charging adapter needs to be rated at 5V/2A (10W) or above. The indicators will blink irregularly if

your adapter does not supply sufficient power.

Switch to a higher output charging adapter, and the charger shall work.

Why do all four green/red charging indicators flash simultaneously?

The battery is inserted in the wrong direction, or the battery is defective.

What does the steady red indicator mean?

The red indicator turns on when the charging current of that slot is over 1A.

Why doesn't the red indicator turn on when the charger is connected to a QC/PD (fast charging) adapter?

To prevent overcharging, the charger automatically selects a smaller charging current when the battery capacity is smaller than 1000mAh, when the battery size is AA/AAA, or when the charging is near complete. The red indicator only turns on when the ACTUAL charging current is over 1A.
