Pass through

Pass-through means the power bank can charge other devices when it is being charged.

NB20000: Pass-through is only available when the power bank is being charged through USB-C (INPUT) port.

NB10000, Carbo 20000: Pass-through is only available when the power bank is being charged through the USB-C port.


Dual Port Output

All three power banks support dual port charging: they can charge two devices simultaneously. 

However, due to the output power limit, the maximum power output for two ports combined is no more than 5V/3A (15w). In other words, QC/PD cannot be enabled when charging two devices.


{known Issue] 

1. Rattling sound when one shakes the Carbo 20000 as of Jan.4, 2023

Based on what we learned from the factory, the rattling sound could be caused by two inner parts touching each other when one shakes the power bank. The factory ensures us that it will not impact its performance or durability. And they also said they are going to improve the design in new batches. If you still have a concern, you can ship it to us for an exchange. However, receiving a new batch from the factory might take a few weeks.
