If the light does not turn on
Can you follow the steps below to test the light?
1. The factory usually adds an insulating disc between the flashlight head and the battery pack. Please unscrew the head and remove this disc before using/charging the flashlight.
2. Make sure the head is fully tightened to the body tube.
3. Press and hold down either button for 1 second to turn on the light.
Does the light have any steady output or flash now? We look forward to your updates.
If the light blinks whenever a button is pressed:
The light could be set to "LOCKOUT." Press and hold down both buttons for 3 seconds or until the light turns on.
