For Orion H40W-S tactical light with offset mount or rail mount, please look for two small pieces of black rubber inserts(spacers) inside the mount box. Most likely they are in the same bag as the mount. Peel off the paper from the back and stick them to the inner side of the mount. These inserts will enable the mount to firmly grip the flashlight as well as protect the finish from scratches. (For detailed instruction, please refer to the mounting guide included in the package.)
