To Switch between Tactical (High-Medium-Strobe) mode and Regular (High-Medium-Low) mode, please follow the steps below.
1. Turn on the light. Rotate the head to the medium output.
2. Turn off the light.
3. Lightly press down the power button until the light turns on but do not click all the way down. Loosen the pressure so the light turns off. (We usually call it a momentary on)
4. Repeat step 3 for 20-25 times. Try finish each momentary on within 1 second. You don't have to do it very fast but make sure you don't wait too long between two momentary on either.
5. Click all the way down to turn on the light. It shall be set to the other mode now.
