Can you tell us which model your flashlight is and how you charge the battery? You can send us an image showing the model if needed. If you have a compatible flashlight and the battery is defective, we can either provide you with a return label for a refund or replace the battery.


If the battery is good, but your flashlight is incompatible, you can ship the battery to the address below for a refund.
